FORT THOMAS, KY. (WKRC) – Communities all over the Tri-State celebrated Easter a little early on Saturday.
The Easter Bunny made a grand entrance in Fort Thomas where kids had the opportunity to take their picture with the bunny at Tower Park before hunting for Easter eggs.
The Fort Thomas Recreation Department set out 13,000 eggs for kids to find.
Kids that worked up an appetite from all the fun were also provided with a breakfast by Natural Start Preschool.
An Easter egg hunt also took place at Washington Park in Over-The-Rhine on Saturday.
10,000 candy-filled eggs were up for grabs. Kids were also able to enjoy a petting zoo, music, crafts, games, and inflatables.
