CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Local communities receive grant money to create affordable housing for low-income residents.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati announced four grants of $1 million each. The money will be used to build or rehab multi-family apartments for low-income families.
Some of the units will be reserved for people with special needs or for those transitioning from homelessness.
The housing is in South Cumminsville, Bethel and Florence.
